For Proofreading & Editing, use the calculator below for an indicative estimate based on your document's word count. I generally work through two rounds of feedback, although one round is also an option. I will confirm the scope, timeframe and final price before work begins.

Check an indicative price for Kathleen’s Proofreading & Editing service. Clients may request one or two rounds of feedback. For manuscripts of 15,000 words or more, a second round adds 50% to the initial fee. For shorter documents, the standard price covers up to two rounds. Kathleen will confirm your final quote before work begins. No payment is required.
